damedigital.ca is run by Dame Digital, a trade name of Vince Inting registered in Alberta, PO Box 29045, Calgary RPO Sage Hill, AB, T3R 1X5.
The enquiry form: your name, email, message and anything you add are sent once, as an email, to Vince, so he can reply. The site keeps no copy and adds you to no list. Vince keeps the email as long as the conversation is useful, and deletes it when you ask.
Who helps run the site: services for hosting, email and texting. They use your information only to provide those services, and some are in the United States. Dame Digital doesn't sell your information or use it for marketing.
Visits are counted without cookies, and the counts hold nothing that identifies you.
The product list in this site's top bar and footer loads from damedigital.ca without cookies, and Dame Digital keeps nothing about you from it.
Some Dame Digital products can text you, from Dame Digital's toll-free number, when you ask them to by ticking an optional box on the product's form. For texts, Dame Digital keeps your mobile number and when you agreed, and uses them only to send the texts you asked for.
Your phone number and your agreement to texts are never sold, and never shared with anyone for marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any Dame Digital text to stop every text to that phone. The rest of the terms for texts are on the texting terms page.
To see, correct or delete your information, including your number and the record of your agreement to texts, write to vince@damedigital.ca.
