The program
Dame Digital texts is the text message program of Dame Digital, a registered Alberta trade name of Vince Inting, a sole proprietor. Dame Digital makes several products, and every text from any of them comes from Dame Digital's one toll-free number, is signed Dame Digital, and names the product it is about.
What is sent, and why
Dame Digital only texts you about something you asked one of its products to tell you. It does not send marketing texts. The products that text today:
Aitography photo notices. When you book a photo session on Aitography, you can ask to be texted when the session's photos are ready. You get one text confirming you signed up, then one text when each session's photos are ready, with the link to your gallery.
How you join
You join only by ticking the box agreeing to texts on the product's form. The box starts unticked, it is separate from any other agreement on the form, and ticking it is never needed to use the product.
How often
Message frequency varies by product. Aitography photo notices: one text when you sign up, then one text for each session you book, when its photos are ready.
Msg & data rates may apply.
Help and stopping texts
Reply HELP to any Dame Digital text for help, or write to hello@damedigital.ca.
Reply STOP to any Dame Digital text to opt out at any time. Because every Dame Digital product texts from the same number, STOP stops all texts from Dame Digital to that phone, for every product. You get one text confirming it, and no more texts after that. Reply START to the same number to subscribe again.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and your privacy
Your phone number and your agreement to texts are used only to send you the texts you asked for, and are never sold or shared for marketing. How they are collected, kept and deleted is in the privacy policy.
